Architect’s office was moved back into their 360 sft studio apartment in 2015. A space planning challenge turned into a great opportunity to experiment with foldable furniture.

 

The entire office with workstations, meeting space, printers, scanners, storage, library was accommodated on a 12 feet by 10 feet wall. The foldable furniture served much more than the office space, it offered a fold out sofa, 4 chairs, dining table and a kid’s playing and sleeping area.

 

No special hardware was used and most of it was custom designed and fabricated out of waste.
