The client  had envisioned a transitory residential neighborhood for people migrating from agrarian  to urban lifestyle.

 

The project was a simple plotting scheme for parcels measuring 1850 sft with a central recreational space and club house.

 

The plot was adjoining interstate highway and the highway frontage was envisioned as a commercial building with retail on the ground floor which would block the sound of traffic and provide a quiet haven to the residential neighborhood within.

 

2 acres of agricultural land was left at the other end which would be tilled by the residents in a co operative manner.
